Have your voices heard

Do you support a friend, relative or partner with a complex mental illness. Then you need to complete this survey!

Unlike other healthcare questionnaires, it gives you an opportunity to highlight what is important to you, such as what you particularly liked or disliked about the experience and what matters to you. The Public Health Agency (PHA)wants to read accounts from patients and clients (or families and carers) of your experiences in healthcare from the last six months, so they can understand the impact this experience has had on you (or the person in your care).

Patient and client experience is recognised as a key element in the delivery of quality healthcare. In line with this, the PHA is carrying out an extensive piece of work across all Health and Social Care Trusts (HSCTs), with the aim of introducing a more patient and client-focused approach to services and shaping future healthcare in Northern Ireland. This is called ‘10,000 More Voices’.

In order for services to be developed to support mental health carers – evidence is needed!

You can help shape the services you need by completing this the survey online:

DEADLINE for this survey: 30th April 2019 and is being carried out in all health and social care trust areas.

A hard copy of the survey can be requested from the Trusts 10,000 More Voices Facilitator :
