​CAUSE is asking everyone to Make May a Marathon Month for Mental Health Carers by signing up to do a MARATHON! And you don’t have to be a runner to take part!

There are many ways to get involved:

  • Walk or jog 3.7 miles each day for a week
  • Swim 50 lengths each day for a week
  • Play 6 games of golf in a week

and of course get sponsored for CAUSE!
