Guests were given a fantastic colourful glitzy ‘Strictly Christmas’ evening with dancing at an all- time high in performance and standard and our thanks must go to Sonja Devlin Head Choreographer and instructor and to her team of Rhys Devlin, Kirsty Phillips and Lisa Wallace. Jennifer Hamillton and Paul Bryans were crowned Strictly for CAUSE 2019 whilst Clara Devlin and Declan McAlindon picked up Best Dance of The Night for their interpretation of The Nutcracker. Both couples will now go onto take part in Strictly for CAUSE The Champions on World Mental Health Day Saturday 10 October 2019 to mark our 25th anniversary. Eleven young dancing stars warmed up an audience of over 450 people performing a wide range of dance styles. Six year old Raye Wallace partnering ten year old Darcy Kerr danced a step perfect Cha Cha Cha and were crowned CAUSE’s Strictly for Kids 2019 Winners. Thank to our judges the charismatic Kelly Brown, dance choreographer and instructor Rhys Devlin, 2017 and 18 Strictly Champion Mark McCleave and CAUSE CEO Valerie Sullivan and to all our volunteers for their help on the night. All they wanted for Christmas! Sorry, this event is now sold out.
