Here is a free online event in which carers may be interested!
This hour-long session, as part of Will to Give Week 2021 will provide information and guidance about writing your Will for parents and carers who support a family member with an illness or disability.
It'll cover the importance of writing a Will, what a discretionary trust is, as well as letters of wishes, and how through good future planning you can help secure the financial future of your loved one.
This session will be hosted by Michael Graham, Head of the Private Client Department at Cleaver Fulton Rankin. Michael specialises in trusts, tax, the administration of estates, and issues affecting elderly and vulnerable clients.
Michael is a former Chair of the Northern Ireland branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and sits on the Law Society of Northern Ireland committee for Non-Contentious Business.
