There are so many people disappointed that all of our 'Strictly' dance events have been cancelled or postponed due to CORVID 19 crisis and so many waiting to get back into the training room to get ready for our 'Strictly Champions' and Strictly 2021 events.

So in the meantime during our 'Stay Safe Stay Home' quarantine, we are asking people to take up our Cha Cha Challenge 2020 and help us raise everyone's spirits, raise their fitness and if you can raise some much needed funds.

We would love this to really become viral - having 2500 households or more across Northern Ireland to sign up and take part and help us celebrate our 25th birthday virtually by raising much needed funds to support those families and friends who care for someone with a serious and complex mental illness.

Caring for someone who may have a complex mental illness can be intense and harrowing, producing much stress and trauma for all concerned. We are now working remotely -  continuing to provide our support services - improving mental health carers own mental health and well- being, some of whom have suffered mental illness themselves as a direct result of their caring role.

Mental illness is a major public health issue here in NI and is the single largest cause of ill health and disability - having higher levels of mental ill health than any other region in the UK and is only going to deteriorate further during CORVID 19 and our isolation.  CAUSE has never been needed more!
