Take on our new Dance Yourself Happy challenge in your front room….in your office…in your school

Bound by the pandemic this past year, people from around the world now also have something more joyful in common: a hit song and a dance and that is why we are asking everyone to take on our 'Dance Yourself Happy' Challenge to the catchy song 'Jerusalema'.

During a time that has been both challenging and depleting,  we are asking everyone to come out dancing, and inspire the rest of Northern Ireland to join in.  COVID 19 cancelled all of our 25th birthday fundraising activities last year and has postponed this year's events for the foreseeable future. In response, and to help our support services we would love you to learn the routine to Jerusalema by Master KG and help stage this fun virtual fundraiser for CAUSE…

So we invite you to get on your dancing shoes and dance yourself happy!

Dance in your front room, at school or work!


Invite all your family, friends or colleagues to learn the dance routine, which will be taught virtually via two short Youtube videos.

Make a donation to CAUSE or set up your own CAUSE to Dance Fundraising Page.

Then video your version of the routine and share it across CAUSE Facebook page, Twitter feed or Instagram channel.

This is because we will be picking the best dances at the end of the year, across a range of different categories ie Best dance at School/College,  Best Dance at Work and Best Dance at Home; plus everyone who participates will be rewarded with an official certificate of completion.
