South Belfast COVID-19 Helpline

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, Forward South Partnership is delivering a South Belfast COVID-19 Helpline service to connect local people with support they may need during this time with a particular focus on those who may be vulnerable, isolated or experiencing financial hardship.

Callers will be connected to appropriate local support which is being offered by a range of groups throughout South Belfast including community organisations, churches, sports clubs, food banks and voluntary groups.  Forward South Partnership is maintaining a database of support available including food parcels, help with shopping, prescription collections, benefits advice, friendly phone calls and posting items.  They are also building up a picture of wider support available through agencies such as NIHE, Belfast City Council and a range of charities who are offering specialist support and advice.

With this comprehensive list of organisations on their database they aim to ensure that all callers are put in touch with the service best placed to meet their needs quickly and efficiently.

To access the helpline phone 07394 569 155 (open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm).  Open as usual during Easter Holidays.
