Dance for CAUSE Do you miss getting dressed up and hitting the dance floor on a Saturday night? If so, this is the perfect challenge for you! With our Strictly for CAUSE events all postponed, we’d love you to take part in your very own virtual dance-a-thon and help us continue to many mental health carers and their families who need it. The concept is simple: get dressed up (shirt/dress and dancing shoes), or dressed down (loungewear and slippers) and enjoy a dance-a-thon in the comfort of your own home Set yourself a time limit – anything from 30 mins, 1 hour to 24 hrs! Complete it in one go, or dance for 30 mins a day over a week or 25 minutes for 20 days as part of our 25th Birthday challenge. Why not get your whole household involved?
