There are so many people disappointed that all of our 'Strictly' dance events have been cancelled or postponed due to CORVID 19 crisis and so many waiting to get back into the training room to get ready for our 'Strictly Champions' and Strictly 2021 events.

So in the meantime during our 'Stay Safe Stay Home' quarantine, we are asking people to take up our Cha Cha Challenge 2020 and help us raise everyone's spirits, raise their fitness and if you can raise some much needed funds.

We would love this to really become viral - having 2500 households or more across Northern Ireland to sign up and take part and help us celebrate our 25th birthday virtually by raising much needed funds to support those families and friends who care for someone with a serious and complex mental illness.

What is the Cha Cha Challenge?

Join the many people we are hoping will sign up and learn a 5 minute Cha Cha routine. There's no such thing as two left feet in this challenge - it is all for fun and a laugh during these difficult times.

Everyone boogies in their own homes!  If you love Strictly Come Dancing - give it a go!

So sign up today, get dancing, get fundraising and then join us for an amazing 'Coming Out of Isolation' Flashmob Party!

We ask that you sign up so we can let you know when and where 'Coming Out of Isolation' Flashmob Party will be and we can send you the link to our video of our dance instructor Victoria of Dance NI teaching the Cha Cha Cha.

Of course we will want you to send us your videos of your family and friends busting their digital moves and post on our Cha Cha Challenge Facebook Page that will be live before Easter.

Why not host an online Cha Cha Challenge Party via Zoom or another platform.

Have fun and get your friends, family and work colleagues involved!

You can set up your own dance group's fundraising page too!
