Now...during isolation   

As a result of CORVID 19 crisis,  the fundraising team is devastated to have had to cancel/postpone the many events
planned for our 25th birthday.

So many people are very disappointed as we had to postpone our Strictly events so why not take up our Cha Cha Challenge 2020 Learn a simple routine with Victoria from Dance NI.  A fun way to exercise with everyone in your household!

Later when 'Stay at Home' is over you can join us for a fantastic flashmob party!

However we have some wonderful fun activities and ideas for you to consider whilst in isolation - great and novel ways you can get behind us at this difficult time.

Check other activities - you know you will have a ball knowing that doing good does you good!

Each year CAUSE hosts a range of dance fundraising initiatives guaranteed to suit everyone!

We all know dancing is a fun way to burn calories and keep physically fit but it is also great for your mental health!

Whether you practice dance regularly, or if you only dance at weddings or at aerobic classes; we are all familiar with the great feeling obtained from spending time on the dance floor.  Why not feel good and help us raise much needed funds to support families who are in crises caring for a loved one living with a serious and enduring mental illness.  There are four main dance initiatives throughout the year:
