On the dancefloor 'Strictly for CAUSE' is back on the dancefloor! We all know dancing is a fun way to burn calories and keep physically fit but it is also great for your mental health! Whether you practice dance regularly, or if you only dance at weddings or at aerobic classes; we are all familiar with the great feeling obtained from spending time on the dance floor. Why not feel good and help us raise much needed funds to support families who are in crises caring for a loved one living with a serious and enduring mental illness. There are five main dance initiatives throughout the year: Strictly for CAUSE This glitzy fundraising event is back for 2022 Strictly Jigs and Reels Our Irish dancing version of Strictly scheduled to return in Spring 2022 Strictly Corporate A great team building venture for your company Strictly for Kids Sign up your 5 - 16 year olds for our younger version of Strictly!
