We hope to be back on the 'Strictly' dancefloor very soon when there will be a dance initiative to suit everyone including you!

We all know dancing is a fun way to burn calories and keep physically fit but it is also great for your mental health!

Whether you practice dance regularly, or if you only dance at weddings or at aerobic classes; we are all familiar with the great feeling obtained from spending time on the dance floor.  Why not feel good and help us raise much needed funds to support families who are in crises caring for a loved one living with a serious and enduring mental illness.  There are five main dance initiatives throughout the year:
