Bring your energy, creativity and enthusiasm to support us within our team.  This opportunity will help ensure our services are visible and fundraising campaigns fruitful. This role may suit a student or individual who is seeking placement for an academic year or for 2-3 months. If you’re looking to get involved in something that could really make a difference, this could be the role for you.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled volunteer with an interest in charity marketing with a creative flair to help us deliver effective marketing activities to reach our various audiences.

What will you be doing?

  • Helping develop and implement a digital marketing strategy for the charity
  • Looking at ways to increase traffic to website and improve CAUSE’s digital brand by consistently using our brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Creating written and visual content
  • Finding new supporters to help the charity grow
  • Helping plan and organise relevant organisational, fundraising and volunteering campaigns
  • Promoting new features and engage with existing carers and supporters
  • Producing marketing material- posters, leaflets, and newsletters
  • Developing our social media presence
  • Having a rewarding experience by making a difference to people affected by their loved one’s serious mental illness and increasing the visibility of your career achievements on your CV

 This is a flexible role for which we’d suggest at least 1-2 days per week.
